1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Evo Studios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Evo Studios provides high-end production services, including but not limited to:

• Commercial production

• Visual effects and compositing

• 3D environment creation

• Music video production

• CGI and motion capture services

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All final deliverables shall become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

3.2 Evo Studios retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence any project.

4.2 Final payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of final files.

4.3 Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

5.1 Project timelines will be established in the initial agreement.

5.2 Delays caused by client feedback or asset delivery may affect the final delivery date.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and materials.

6.2 Clients must sign our NDA before beginning any project involving proprietary information.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Project cancellation must be submitted in writing.

7.2 Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Technical Requirements

8.1 Clients must provide assets in the specified formats and resolutions.

8.2 Additional costs may apply for file conversion or optimization.

9. Liability Limitation

9.1 Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services.

9.2 We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

10. Modifications to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

10.2 Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
